It is New Year's Eve and everyone is gathering at the club for a party.  Jack is waiting for Phyllis to arrive and talks with Kelly.  Jack expresses concern for Kelly and Kelly surprises Jack by saying she is more worried about Jack.  The viewer begins to realize that Kelly is starting to have a mental breakdown.
