KELLY'S ROMANCE AND HEARTBREAK
Kelly is a character who joined the show in late 2013. Soon after her debut, she became intimate with Billy since she also had lost her child, which caused Billy to break up with his wife, Victoria. A short time later, Kelly somehow became close to Billy's older brother, Jack. They are really on good terms with each other but they don't make up their mind to go forward. One of the reasons is Jack's bedridden wife, Phyllis. He can't easily give up on her recovery.
